SOLD Large white carved wooden horse statue with Tambour lace tail

This beautiful vintage wood carved horse is a bit over 18" tall and 17" long, with a great base. I distressed the paint to give it a rustic French Nordic look. I embellished the head with a handmade rhinestone tiara and used rhinestone pieces around the hooves and face. This includes just a tiny hint of rhinestone around the glass eyes.. I placed an antique 1920's applique on the back, which pulls everything together. The neck is adorned in tattered French Tambour lace which matches all the French Tambour lace mesh, cotton and other vintage laces which makes up the very fluffy bundle tail. It's a gorgeous piece and would do wonders to a table during the holidays. It is one of my ooak's and can not e duplicated. I am always proud of my horses.
