Storybook style Kangaroo with baby in pouch wall decor

This storybook style creation measures, 25" by 18.5" by 6" deep. The adorable rare Kangaroo mommy still has her lovely baby n the pouch. Over time the baby has shown some time worn age, along with the mother. The aging is what attracted me to it. It creates a perfect wall piece for both an adult or Child. The Roo sits on a small antique shelf sconce. The background is painted and distressed in a warm/ cool white, which allows the animal to really pop.. I used an antique oval wood and gesso frame to give whole piece more interest and maturity. Framed animals make great collectible wall pieces and look so interesting in a grouping.
