SOLD Rare cottage core heavy trunk box with floral design

I recreated the look of this beautiful piece. It measures 16" by 11" by 9" . It is a very well made wood piece. There are areas where some of the heavy rose paper is aged, which gives it a perfect shabby look!
I cleaned it and recolored the inside. I embellished the front with an antique silk/ satin large bow, antique green ribbon and antique millinery flowers. I created a large heavy heart and decorated it with roses and French lettering. Perfect cottage core piece for storage.
