This weathered, but beautiful top hat from France stands out so well on this old wire hat holder. This measures 24" by 11" by 11". There is an antique postcard to match and feathers for both the hat and holder. The striking striped bow and feathers are only clipped to the hat, as to not ruin it. You can wear the hat.
