Payments Accepted: All transactions are processed through Paypal which is very safe and reputable. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service. They take payment via credit card, bank transfer or e-check. I do not accept checks, wire transfers or money orders directly from buyers.
Layaway: Sorry, I cannot at this time accept layaways. I plan to some day down the road and will announce it on my website when that is available.
Shipping: I ship either USPS or UPS, whichever is more economical depending on package size and weight. Please make sure your address is correct in your Paypal account and/or checkout page.
Returns: I only accept returns if an item is damaged in shipping. If an item is received damaged please notify me immediately. Take pictures of the item/s clearly showing the damage as well as pictures of any damage to the packaging. I may request that an item be returned before a refund can be issued for quality control purposes. An insurance affidavit may be requested of you before a refund can be issued.
Custom Orders: If you are interested in a custom order, including duplicating an item, creating one just for you, or modifying one, feel free to ask. I love making special items for my customers.
Custom orders must be paid before I start working on them. This includes modifying items already listed or creating duplicate of items. Keep in mind, as most of my items are one-of-a-kind and made with vintage, reclaimed, recycled, or salvaged materials, I cannot guarantee that a "duplicate" will be exactly the same as the original.
It is always important to read everything on my Policies page. There may be changes and updates.
Please ask a lot of questions about items you are interested in. I am happy to answer. It is so much better to ask before buying rather than receive an item you are not happy with. I cannot stress this enough.
